 CASE STUDY #1

“The following information summarizes an independently conducted clinical study. It is provided for educational purposes for healthcare professionals and patients.”

Chronic Renal Failure Treated Successfully With Cell Therapy
A Case Study
Francis Cinelli, D.O.

Available in Europe under the name of Cell Therapy, embryonic organ supplementation, is available in the US, in the form of sterile embryonic cellular tissue extracts, making it possible, and affordable, to receive the benefits of Embryonic Organ Therapy (EOT) without going out of the country.

A 72 year old female with diagnosed Chronic Renal Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type ll and Hyperlipidemia presented at my office in Feb 2008 and was evaluated. The past diagnosis was confirmed and Bio Energetic Stress Testing was performed, to determine organ function. The patient was given Kidney 3ml, and over a period of 15 months, we observed a steady rise in Kidney function from 19% to 55% on a modified Voll scale. The patient is now stable with regards to Kidney function and is not at present a dialysis candidate.

Patient History:

A 72 year old female in poor health, with diagnosed Chronic Renal Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type ll and Hyperlipidemia. Her Kidney problem was originally diagnosed by a Nephrologist who put her on Epoetin to address her low red blood count and Renal Dialysis was recommended.

Material and Methods:

Embryonic Organ Nutritional Supplements were purchased from Cell Life USA and (50) sterile-kidney-porcine 3ml vial preparations were administered orally over a 15 month period.

Embryonic Organ Therapy Supplementation uses similar principals, as human stem cell therapy. However, instead of extracting whole intact stem cells, from a human placenta, EOT starts with the selection of “specific organ cells” from an organic porcine embryo, in the second month of gestation. These preparations are derived from specific embryonic-organ-cell tissue and when introduced into a host recipient, these xenographic supplements appear to be tissue specific, but not species specific. These embryonic organ supplements are taken orally. Since these embryonic cellular preparations have such a low degree of immunogenicity, they are typically not recognized as foreign antigens by the host body. According to Dr. Niehans, Father of Cell Therapy, when ingested into the human body, “like goes to like; bone to bone, liver to liver, heart to heart,” etc., where they begin to support, and to help, enhance the function of that specific target organ.

Bio Energetic Stress testing using Bio Meridian instrumentation was utilized. Readings given by the instrumentation on a Voll scale was converted to percentage (%) organ function. This conversion was accomplished using an algorithm developed by Francis Cinelli Jr., PhD in which 70% represents satisfactory organ function, with a range of error of +/- 3 %.

Results and Discussion:

Table l
OrganOrgan Function Tissue groupFeb. 2019March 2019April 2019July 2019Oct. 2019Feb 2020May 2020

GallbladderMesoderm70%     73%
ThymusEndoderm61%     73%
PlacentaNeutral62%     69%
BrainEctoderm84%     86%

As can be seen in Table l, over a 15-month period, Kidney Function improved from 19% function to 55% function.

It is interesting to note that, all other untreated organs listed in table l, also improved in function.

Patients Nephrologists does not recommend dialysis at this time and another appointment was suggested in six months.

Further treatment with kidney, as well as, additional organ preparations, would seem to be in order to continue improvement.

*Dr. Cinelli, is no longer with us. He was an incredible Doctor, war veteran and family man. He is deeply missed by us and all his patients!

Cell Life USA products are formulated using porcine-derived embryonic extracts and are intended to provide general nutritional support for normal physiological functions. These products are categorized as dietary supplements and are not stem cell therapies.
During early stages of development, porcine embryonic porcine extracts contain a range of naturally occurring biological components. Our extracts are sourced during this phase and are standardized for use in supplement formulations. These ingredients are intended to support the body’s normal cellular processes as part of a balanced wellness regimen.

Targeted Nutritional Support

Certain formulations are designed to reflect the composition of specific tissue types. For example:
• Hypothalamus-derived extracts are included in formulations intended to support normal neuroendocrine function.
• Adrenal-derived extracts are used in products designed to support healthy adrenal activity.
These formulations are developed with the goal of providing tissue-specific nutritional support, helping to maintain normal physiological balance.

Practical Considerations
• Accessibility: Porcine derived supplements are widely available and do not require specialized medical procedures for use.
• Cost: These products are generally more affordable than advanced medical therapies.
• Sourcing: Ingredients are obtained from regulated agricultural sources and processed under established quality standards.

Consistency and Administration
• Standardization: Each batch is produced following quality control protocols to ensure consistency in composition.
• Oral Use: These supplements are designed for oral consumption, offering a convenient option for daily wellness routines. Porcine derived dietary supplements are intended to complement a healthy lifestyle and support normal body functions. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for medical treatments such as stem cell therapy.

Porcine derived dietary supplements, including those sourced from embryonic tissues, are complex biological preparations that contain a wide range of naturally occurring peptides, proteins, and other biomolecules. These ingredients are intended to support general wellness and provide nutritional building blocks that may help maintain normal physiological function.

Exosomes, by contrast, are small extracellular vesicles that play a role in cellular communication and are typically studied for their ability to transport specific molecular signals between cells in research settings.
While both are of scientific interest, porcine derived supplements are formulated as dietary products to complement a balanced lifestyle, whereas exosomes are not approved for use as dietary supplements and are primarily investigated within clinical and laboratory environments.

Why Embryonic Porcine Extracts Stand Out

Embryonic porcine tissue extracts contain a broad spectrum of biomolecules present during early developmental stages, including peptides, growth factors, and cofactors. This complex composition is believed to provide a diverse biochemical environment that may support normal cellular function and tissue health.
The wide range of naturally occurring components is thought to contribute to signaling processes that help maintain balance within tissues, glands, and organ systems. Rather than targeting a single pathway, these extracts are often described as offering a more comprehensive biological profile.
Exosomes, while a promising area of research, are generally limited to the signaling molecules produced by their parent cells and may represent a more targeted, pathway-specific approach.

When Exosomes May Be Preferable

Exosomes are being studied for their role in cell-to-cell communication and may be useful in applications where more targeted signaling or modulation of specific biological pathways is desired. Both approaches are areas of ongoing research. Porcine embryonic extracts are often explored for their broad-spectrum composition, while exosomes are typically associated with more focused signaling applications. Neither approach is currently approved by the FDA for the treatment, cure, or prevention of disease, and their use should be considered within appropriate regulatory and clinical frameworks.

Infrared (IR) light interacts with biological materials, including porcine derived extracts, through its effects on biomolecules and thermal properties. These interactions are commonly studied in research and analytical settings to better understand structural and compositional characteristics.

Infrared spectroscopy is widely used to analyze components such as proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates, allowing researchers to assess the chemical profile and integrity of tissue-derived materials. Under controlled conditions, low-level infrared exposure used for analytical purposes is generally considered non-destructive.
Exposure to higher intensities or prolonged infrared radiation may influence molecular structure depending on wavelength and energy levels. For this reason, appropriate handling and controlled conditions are important when working with biologically derived materials.

Near-infrared (NIR) light, typically in the range of approximately 650 to 1350 nm, is frequently studied for its ability to penetrate tissue and interact with biological systems. Research in laboratory and preclinical settings has explored how specific wavelengths may influence cellular processes; however, these findings are context-dependent and not intended to imply clinical outcomes.

Thermal effects associated with infrared exposure may also impact biological materials if not properly managed. Standard laboratory and diagnostic applications are designed to minimize such risks and preserve sample stability.

Overall, infrared technologies are valuable tools in scientific research and analysis when used under controlled conditions. Any application involving tissue-derived extracts should follow established handling protocols to maintain integrity and consistency.

Wellness practitioners may consider porcine derived extracts as a non-invasive option to complement existing wellness programs. These products can be incorporated alongside lifestyle, nutritional, and aesthetic approaches without the procedural considerations associated with more invasive interventions.

Key Considerations for Use:

Porcine derived extracts contain naturally occurring components such as peptides, proteins, and other biological materials that are being studied for their role in supporting normal cellular function and overall skin appearance. Emerging research, including randomized and placebo-controlled studies, has explored their use in supporting general wellness parameters such as skin appearance, perceived energy, and overall quality of life. In one 12-week randomized, placebo-controlled study, oral porcine placenta extract was associated with improvements in skin hydration and appearance compared to placebo. Another randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in healthy adults reported improvements in self-reported mood and vitality measures compared to placebo, with no clinically significant changes in standard safety markers.

Safety Profile Considerations:

In published human studies of oral porcine placenta extract, measured laboratory values and vital signs remained within normal reference ranges over the study period, with no serious adverse events reported. Review articles on placental-derived ingredients (including porcine sources) describe them as generally well tolerated in short-term use when consumed at typical supplemental intake levels. Preclinical and agricultural research involving porcine-derived materials has explored their role in supporting normal immune function, without evidence of toxicity at commonly used levels. Compared to more invasive procedures, orally administered or topical products avoid procedural risks and may offer a more accessible option for practitioners seeking non-invasive wellness tools.

Practical Integration into a Wellness Setting:

These products can be positioned as part of a broader wellness strategy aimed at supporting healthy aging, skin appearance, and overall vitality.
They may be incorporated into programs focused on general wellness goals such as beauty-from-within approaches, lifestyle balance, and nutritional support.
Their non-invasive format and accessibility may make them suitable for clients seeking supportive wellness options that align with existing routines.

Addressing Common Questions:

Ms. Dee Schore – Brand Ambassador

I’ve been a Homeopathic Practitioner for more than 50 years, and throughout that time, I’ve developed keen listening skills and a genuine appreciation for the details my clients share. In 2000, I began working alongside a Naturopath to support his Cell Life Therapy clients and witnessed remarkable improvements in their overall well-being.

Over the years, I’ve heard countless personal health stories—many filled with patience, perseverance, and the search for true healing. As clients began integrating Cell Life products, their experiences grew more positive and their optimism noticeably increased.

For me, this is what truly matters: guiding each person along their health journey toward a positive and fulfilling outcome.
